Federal IRS Form 2290 Heavy Highway Vehicle Use Tax Return is used to calculate and pay the truck tax due on highway motor vehicles used during the period with a taxable gross weight of 55,000 pounds or more. The tax period runs from July 1st through June 30th of the following year and the tax is due no later than August 31st.

Temporary Permits

Permit requests can be submitted at any time, but will only be processed during normal business hours of 9.00 am - 6.00 pm EST Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Permits are issued in the order received and processing time varies from state to state.
